I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Certification in Perinatal Mental Health, with training through the American Society for reproductive medicine and I am trained in EMDR.
I’ve worked in inpatient psychiatry, supported families in the NICU, and walked alongside parents on labor and delivery floors. In outpatient care, I’ve supported clients through trauma, grief, fertility challenges, and postpartum transitions.
I bring compassion, clinical expertise, and deep respect for your lived experience into every session.

I know what it’s like to feel invisible in waiting rooms, to carry grief no one sees, and to fight for emotional support in a system that often misses the mark.

I also DM a Dungeons & Dragons campaign, which mostly means I build serious story arcs my players ignore in favor of attempting to befriend dragons and burning down the tavern I actually needed them to enter. It’s humbling. And honestly, kind of therapeutic.
