Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach me at logan@loganhearronllc.com or call 479-208-5296 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

You can reach out through my website contact form, send an email, or text me directly at 479-208-5296. I’ll respond within 48 hours to set up a free consultation or offer available times.

Once we pick a time, you’ll receive an email with all the paperwork and details to get started. Everything is done online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal. Your first session will move at your pace , no pressure, just space to start where you are.

I blend a few approaches depending on your needs:

  • Talk Therapy (collaborative, real conversation)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Mindfulness
  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

We’ll figure out what works best for you , nothing cookie-cutter here.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your baby with you. Many clients do, especially in the postpartum period. I understand that coordinating childcare can be tough, and you shouldn’t have to miss support because of it. That said, if your baby needs a lot of attention during session, it might shift our focus a bit, so we’ll work together to make the space as supportive and flexible as possible.

I work with adults 18 and older navigating life transitions, anxiety, infertility, pregnancy/postpartum changes, grief, trauma, and more. Whether things feel heavy or just “off,” therapy can offer space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

I specialize in:

  • Fertility struggles and IVF support
  • Pregnancy and postpartum mental health
  • Grief and reproductive loss
  • Trauma, anxiety, and life transitions
  • Third-party reproduction consultations

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.
