Yes, you’re welcome to bring your baby with you. Many clients do, especially in the postpartum period. I understand that coordinating childcare can be tough, and you shouldn’t have to miss support because of it. That said, if your baby needs a lot of attention during session, it might shift our focus a bit, so we’ll work together to make the space as supportive and flexible as possible.
I work with adults 18 and older navigating life transitions, anxiety, infertility, pregnancy/postpartum changes, grief, trauma, and more. Whether things feel heavy or just “off,” therapy can offer space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
