Pregnancy is a time of major transformation physically, emotionally, and mentally. Even when it’s long-awaited or deeply desired, it can bring up anxiety, overwhelm, fear, or grief. You may be adjusting to your changing body, facing complications, or carrying the weight of past losses.
I provide a supportive space to help you:
This is your space to be honest about how you’re really feeling, without judgment.
After birth, you may feel joy but also exhaustion, sadness, irritability, or numbness. You might look like you’re “doing fine” while quietly struggling to feel like yourself. The emotional load of postpartum is often minimized or misunderstood.
Postpartum support includes help with:
There’s no shame in needing help. Your healing matters, and you don’t have to do it alone.
Support for Partners and Families
Pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the NICU experience affect the entire family. When clinically appropriate, I offer family sessions as part of an identified client’s treatment to help partners and loved ones better understand what you’re experiencing, strengthen communication, navigate changing roles, and support healing together. Sometimes the strongest support comes from healing as a family, not just as an individual.

Thank you for stopping by!
Right now, my practice is at full capacity, which means I’m unable to accept new clients immediately. This helps me stay present and intentional with those I’m currently supporting. If you’d like, you can connect with me through the contact form and I’ll add you to my waitlist for future openings.
